I think for the moment this blog has outlived it's usefulness. I'm working again (at a temporary position so maybe I'll be back here in 2.5 months) and have less time and think I'd like to refocus on issues outside my own head. And after a few months of not paying too much attention, I'll have to start reading the news again (my last job was at a newspaper).
Had a good run the other day. 5K in 40.07 that's down another 18 seconds. Making progress. I'll keep that up.
